But he’s always done me right. His new office gal is top notch and very organized. I see people complaining that they have to wait a week to get your vehicle fixed etc… first of all he’s usually a one man show so give him a little slack. 2nd I’ve personally stood in his shop and seen how busy they are in there. Stay up on your payments, communicate if you’re gonna be late or if there’s an issue, if there’s an issue with your vehicle go talk to him in person. Don’t call. I guarantee you that he will do everything in his power to make it right as long as you are honest with him. Now if you go in cussing him and his staff out and raising a big stink. I can guarantee you will rightfully be placed on the back burner. Give respect to get respect. I’ll continue to do business here and I’d recommend this place.
