Responding to the general managers responseto my review. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS GM AND DEALERSHIP IF BUYING A USED KIA! HE'S DISHONEST! You respond to my review with an all-out lie. You know that you're lying and my vehicle is 100% affected by the theft. It has nothing to do with the push button sir. (Google search is easy) When being stolen they pop the center of the steering wheel, from what I'm told buy four separate major insurance companies, they actually use a charging cord , in some way to start your vehicle. These criminals that are stealing the vehicles have found a pretty easy way to do it and they are very good at it it's even been all over the news but again you're lying to people. A 2017 to 2020 Kia Optima is number two in the Kia line for the most stolen vehicles. It's a very easy Google search. So for you to lie so that other people out there think that these cars, as long as they have a push button, aren't affected by this ring of thefts, is shameful. Honestly I'm not surprised though. After our texting conversations you lied, you demanded I do specific things, you involved yourself in my personal private information, and you were beyond rude. You could not be wrong, in any way which is self-righteous. You also continue to say I wouldn't let you help me but you flip flop and went back and forth on yes it's okay to bring the car in next week then no it's not okay , then you demand that I pay for a flatbed tow truck which would be at least $250, and bring the car to you, because you also sold me the car with very bad brakes, no oil change, and you didn't even check the fluids . Basically you did not follow state regulations in inspecting the car before sale. So you are a liar, you lied to me, Julie lied to me, and now you are trying to find a way to get yourself out of it by lying to other people out there. You should be ashamed of yourself and your employee. I will, in any way possible, let as many people as I can know about buying these vehicles, especially from you. All it takes is for everyone reading this, is to call your insurance company and ask them about the theft of Kia's, especially Kia Optimas, and you will be told the same thing I was by four separate major insurance companies and two smaller ones. Listen I know what the stigma is on car salesman, and car dealerships but you sir take it Way Beyond even that. I will say that I now have to take legal action because you refused to help me, instead you demanded, you told me what you are going to do, then lied and said I could bring the car in next week, just to go back and say no go spend $250 and bring it to me, you treat people like they are stupid, ignorant, and beneath you. I will say again, you should be ashamed of yourself.I went to this dealership because they had a car that I liked. Throughout the process I really thought Julie was great and I actually thought the dealership wasn't half bad. Until I actually bought the car and found out the following day that nobody will insure it because it's a high theft car. Julie was well aware of it and so was that dealership. The state of Wisconsin says that the dealerships have to make buyers well aware of that fact. But of course they didn't bother telling me because they just wanted the sale. That is immoral, and downright disgusting. I asked Julie after I found this out why she didn't tell me and she lied and said she had no idea and neither did her boss. Well I know that that's not true because I was able to come across some documents that states that every dealership in the state of Wisconsin was notified not once not twice but continue to be notified of this fact. So they went against what Wisconsin State told them they have to do and did not make me aware of it. If I would have known I wouldn't have bought the vehicle. Now they think that they are in no trouble and they just get away with it. They won't take the car back even though it's only been 72 hours Siri most dealerships give you 72 hours to bring a car back if you're not happy but they don't because they know they're liars.
