I highly recommend Ocean Honda of Brockton! They were so helpful and patient throughout all the steps of getting our new car. We were so worried but they soothed our fears and made the whole experience enjoyable. We worked with Jason N and he's the nicest, realest guy I've ever met at car dealership. We will be getting all our cars at Ocean Honda from now on (already got my eye on something red)!

If you are planning to have your car serviced at Ocean Honda of Brockton, please read this review carefully. It is lengthy but very informative. I brought my 2019 Accord for service because the air conditioner was blowing out warm air. Also, there was a noise that occurred when shifting into first gear. The person who assisted me was Erlin. The facility had my car for one week. They gave me a loaner car that was filthy. It took me over an hour to clean because it had so much animal fur and trash from the previous customer. The passenger sit could not be adjusted because the handle was broken. First, Honda has had a recall on the AC condenser for the 2019 Accords. I told them that I was aware of the recall and that my AC was blowing out warm. I asked them to take a look at the condenser. After getting the run around over the phone from Erlin, I drove back to the facility. This is what I was told. The AC condenser was working fine. It is possible that there may be no or low Freon and that I would need a recharge. This would cost 600 dollars. When I asked how likely is that a 2019 Accord with 48K miles runs out of Freon, he was not able to give me a clear answer. Just tried to fast talk me. He told me that there maybe a leak and in order to check for a leak, they would have to put a dye and more Freon which would cost 600 dollars. Regarding the noise, he originally told me that it maybe the transmission and that is was covered by my warranty. Again I asked how likely is this since I purchased the car brand new in 2019 and it only has 48k miles. He later told me that this facility was not experienced in transmission work and the warranty department was giving him a hard time with ordering a new transmission. He then told me that it may not be the transmission and in order for them to further assess, they would need to take it apart. He said this would cost me over a thousand dollars because my warranty had expired over a month ago. I made it clear to him that I certified my car last summer and that transmission is covered. After confirming that it was, he then told me that this type if work is very time consuming and that if they were wrong, it would cost me 2 to 3 thousand dollars. I then asked him why is that they are assuming that it was the transmission, he could not give me a clear answer. He then continued to tell me that to check the transmission would not be in my best interest financially. He also advised that I take it back to the Honda Dealership in New York where I purchased the vehicle for further work-up. When he gave me back the paperwork, the information written was completely incorrect. He stated that I declined to stay for service. Rather, he was the one that stated if I continued, they would charge me despite that fact that I had a valid warranty and held the car for a week. The millage that was entered on the paper work was a little over 1K. My car has 48k miles. I believe this was done on purpose. I then took my car to Village Honda in Newton a week later. Turns out, the AC condenser was the problem. It was diagnosed and fixed in 1 day and covered due to the recall. As for the noise, I was told to bring it back if it worsens. Do not bring your car to Ocean Honda, they will try their best to fast talk you while charging you for services that are not needed. They are very unprofessional. Erlin does not provide clear answers to questions. He does not keep you updated. I had to call several times throughout the day for updates. After keeping my car for a week, it was returned without it being fixed or diagnosed. I have attached in the photos both service reports and the picture of the loaner car. Notice the dates are a week apart. Notice the difference in the miles entered and notice the notation made regarding the service rendered. Please use caution, Ocean Honda of Brockton is not to be trusted with car service.

Bought my first new car ever through Ocean Honda, and it has been a great experience! Sales Manager Paul McCarthy and sales associate Jason were able to efficiently and professionally get me the information I was looking, seamlessly get me a test drive, and offer an irresistible trade in deal that helped me make a new car purchase same day. This was a stark contrast from my experiences earlier in the previous days/weeks with other Honda dealerships, who presented themselves as inflexible and more focused with pressuring a customer to make a sale then helping get them what they need. After this negative experience at a different dealership, I took a gamble and drove out to Ocean Honda to see what they had to offer. My luck was changing for the better, as I lucked out and happened to arrive 20 minutes after they unloaded the car I was looking for off the delivery truck! If you are looking for a new or used car and are trying to find a dealer you can trust, head on over to Ocean Honda in Brockton. They will take excellent care of you and your vehicle, both old and new! To recap my experience, Jason and Paul worked with me and offered me a very fair finance deal, which felt like a great deal at the end of our negotiation. I was amazed at their transparency and willingness to have a meaningful, pressure-free discussion about what they can offer to best suit my needs. At the end of the process, I felt confident I was making the right decision going with Ocean Honda. Having researched Honda dealerships, and having visited several dealerships from Greico Honda in RI to Herb Chambers Honda Seekonk, Silko Honda Raynham, Honda Plymouth, Nucar Honda, and even as far north as Kelly Honda, I can say Ocean Honda by far provided a best in class 360 degree professional car buying experience that was unrivalved by the above dealers. Even after my initial purchase experience, I had the opportunity to meet and interact with Mike Sewall, general manager, as well as Adam and Scott T. in the service/parts department. Each of these professionals are to be commended for their time and dedication to making sure each customer's experience with Honda is top-notch, from stem to stern. I can say with the utmost confidence I will be returning for all my Honda needs. 10/10 from me. Thanks again Mike, Paul, Scott, Adam, and Jason! I just purchased a 2023 Honda accord with my daughter (her first car). Ocean Honda in Brockton provided excellent customer service all around. We were introduced to the Manager immediately who was very welcoming! Farah helped us with the initial test drive and sale, she was so pleasant and knowledgeable! We loved the car and she made the process of purchasing so seamless! Heber in finance was wonderful as well, knowledgeable and friendly and made the financing and paperwork so easy, kept lines of communication open and our car was ready in just a couple days! The car was delivered in beautiful condition on the day of pickup. Excellent service all around!!! I highly recommend this dealership!

This was my first time at Ocean Honda of Brockton but was my fifth experience getting a vehicle and it was the smoothest and most positive experience that I’ve been through, I don’t see myself going elsewhere again (although I don’t see myself getting another vehicle for awhile because I’m very satisfied with my purchase ☺️). Kevin & Paul were wonderful to work with, they were very patient and upfront. They were both very real about my options and that was something that I personally appreciated. My experience going to Ocean Honda of Brockton was great. I was greeted at the door by Aaron who was very pleasant. He ended up being the salesman who sold me my car. It just arrived to the dealership 2 days prior to my visit. It definitely was a Unicorn. It was everything that I was looking for into a car. 2022 Hybrid CRV Touring. FULLY LOADED. I was coming from a 2004 Honda pilot so this was definitely an upgrade for me. Great experience and I highly recommend this location to by a car. The manager is very professional and my overall experience was great!
