After 2 months of financing my truck, trans went, after 7 hours of driving it off there lot, I felt torque converter shudder, slipped in and out of 1st and 2nd gear. Was told there is no warranty the only warranty I have is a PM plan through fenkell who also is known for terrible service and terrible work on vehicles, I pull my trans pan and nothing but white, gold, and metal flakes looks like a sparkly makeup pallet was mixed with the trans fluid. Yes it's a 2014 silverado with the 6l80 trans, known to fail around 80-120k miles, got the truck with 118 or 119k around there, as it sits right now 124,547 miles, still broken in my driveway, after 3 months of paying on it still going on 4 months, total of almost 7 months of "ownership" drove it for barely 2, still paying on it they didn't want to or even try to help or give any suggestions, now I'm buying a 6k transmission installing myself. Just terrible timing goin into winter season work slowed down I pay for a truck to not kill my credit and make my life even more difficultPicture shown is the trans filter, should see the video of the "fluid" more like 2 qts of anti slip and the last 6.5 trand fluid.
