Read MoreAbsolutely terrible customer service. I waited 2 weeks to get a new battery because that was the soonest appt for all locations. When I got there, he told me I’d need to leave my phone overnight, and he wasn’t sure when he’d even get to it because he had too many appts that he was behind on last night, and appts first thing today. I had been quoted a 2 hour wait when I scheduled the appt.
I, like so many people right now, work from home and cannot leave my phone there for an unknown amount of time. I need my phone to be able to work. The only other option he gave me was to wait another 2 weeks for the next available appt time.
I asked him to speak to his manager, but the geek squad manager wasn’t there last night. Instead, he went to the sales manager and was told that I needed to call/come back the next day and “make it the geek squad managers problem”. Absolutely terrible customer service, and from a manager!
I have now been waiting on hold for 45 minutes because I can’t go there while I’m working, but this is the 3rd time I’ve tried to get through to them with no answer. When I was there last night, so many of their employees were grouped together near the front doing nothing. One guy was pacing around BORED even. So why is it taking nearly an hour just for someone to answer the phone?
