I am writing to express my frustration regarding the frequent unavailability of certain items at your hot bar, as well as concerning food waste practices I have observed during my visits.
On a recent trip, I was particularly interested in getting beef pot roast from the hot bar. I asked an employee when it would be replenished and was told it would take 5-10 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes, I inquired again, only to be told it would take an additional 20 minutes. Meanwhile, I noticed half trays of food, including half pizzas, being discarded and replenished while other items that had run out were not being prioritized.
I understand that managing a hot bar can be challenging, but this seems to be a recurring issue. It can be frustrating for customers to wait extended periods for certain items while watching food being wasted. I believe a more proactive approach to monitoring inventory and addressing shortages could improve customer satisfaction and reduce unnecessary waste.
I truly value the quality and variety that Whole Foods offers, which is why I continue to shop there. However, I hope that my feedback can lead to improvements in this area.
