I have 2 visit reviews one from today and one from last month.
Today I came in with 9 million problems, and Brian was a gd GEM. I didn’t get the after visit survey like I did before; so I wanted to write to make sure he gets the recognition. I was stressing out, and shooting off problem after problem and he was cool as cucumber, and helped me with each one. Forreal turned my whole day around. Best customer service I’ve had in long time. Left a lasting impression:)
I was in there a month ago to get home internet. There was a short young girl there that added trackers to my account without even asking or telling me, til I finally asked about them. She said they were free and part of a promotion, I asked twice to make sure nothing would show on my bill, that there wasn’t any service fees or anything, she reassured me there would be none. Well it’s showing up on my bill, now I have to jump through hoops to get these taken off my account. I was on the phone with customer service forever trying to deal with this and not get penalties for taking them off. I mean she literally walked out of the back with these trackers and started scanning them to my account and putting them in a bag without saying a word. If I hadn’t asked I don’t think she would have even said anything at all. Idk if she was new, but not cool at all. Cant be adding stuff to peoples accounts like that.
