Read MoreWell, unfortunately, I must rate this local restaurant exceptionally low. The building and location is beautiful, the food looked moderately decent, but since the service was atrocious we didn't stay for a meal. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation and we were told we had to wait. So we waited next to the cash register, and at exactly 6pm (which was our reservation time) a line started to form. We didn't think much about it since we had already checked in, but then people began to be seated before us, even though we waited. When we asked about our reservation, we were told we had to wait in line. So we waited, AGAIN. Finally we were seated, and proceeded to wait another 30 minutes before being served water, but no menu. After 50 MINUTES, we started to get up to leave when the wait staff came around with a menu, at which point we said we were leaving.
So, we were passed over for our reservation, waited nearly an hour before being offered a menu, and then left. As I said, unfortunately, it was a horrible experience and we have no plans to return.
