This isn’t something Raley’s usually does, but she went out of her way to help me and the bouquet turned out absolutely beautiful. She is so talented, and I truly felt like she made my wedding day more special.
I also want to thank Jess, who let me text her pictures of how I wanted my cake to look and made sure it came out exactly right. That level of care and attention meant so much to me. There was a small hiccup with the cake being made a week early, but the team quickly fixed it and worked with me so everything still turned out perfect.
To put it in perspective, I had first called Vons and they were extremely rude—they wouldn’t even talk to me about a bouquet. The difference in service at Raley’s was night and day.
Between Kim’s bouquet, Jess’s help with the cake, and the kindness of the whole Raley’s team, I couldn’t have asked for better service. They truly went above and beyond and made my wedding day amazing!
