Old North End is not only the best tattoo shop in town, it is a safe haven and miracle clinic for all in need. As I was taking my daily stroll through beautiful Colorado Springs, a group of bandits came out of an alley way and tried robbing me. I was all alone and thought I was done for. Just as I was accepting my fate, Spooky came BUSTING out the front door to my rescue. The scene was nothing short of heroic as she immediately read the situation and jumped into action. I felt like my own personal superhero came to my rescue as she beat and battered every single person. Before I could even let out a whimper of fear, Spooky had fought off all 30 of my assailants, either knocking them out or sending them running home literally crying for their mommies. I was dumbfounded and had no words to say. Spooky then rushed over to me and asked if everything was okay… It was, but only because she arrived at the perfect time. I told her I was still a little scared, so she brought me into the shop where she and all the other artists comforted me and convinced me that everything would be okay. I told her that I had no idea how to repay her and she simply said “just get a tattoo and we’ll call it even.” I got the tattoo out of respect, but what happened next was unimaginable… You see, I had been battling chronic illnesses my entire life and was always afraid of getting tattoos, but I trusted Spooky at that point and decided to get one anyway. I was afraid of the pain, but she was able to comfort me and talk me through it the whole time and I’m happy to say it was not painful at all. Due to my chronic illnesses, I had walked with a hunchback and a limp my entire life. But as I got up to check out my first ever tattoo, I noticed that I was standing up straight (the first time ever in my life). I walked over to the mirror and my limp was GONE. Spooky had not only saved my life that day, but HEALED ME after doctors told me that I would never be normal my entire life. Old North End and Spooky literally changed my life and I will forever be grateful. Thank you Old North End. You all truly work miracles.

I live in the neighborhood and did a walk in with Rocky. The shops atmosphere was so nice and inviting and Rocky did an awesome job with tattoo. 9/19 would reccomend and will be coming back often.
