Read MoreMy 5 stars are granted due to two artists that work there, Mike and Yael. Yesterday Friday the 13th my two daughters and I went there and the place was beyond capacity. While all other artists left the building while there were still customers in the lobby waiting for service, Yael and Mike were the only ones that said "I will stay until we take care of everybody". I hope the owner of the shop recognizes that these two young men have outstanding work ethic and are indeed a great asset for his business.
Now, what artis is not good for Rampage business is Abby. She has a very nasty, unfriendly and not so customer oriented manner. She talks a lot while working and literally stops tattooing to keep on chatting. That is not ok when you have a lobby full of customers watching you and waiting for hours to be taken care off. We arrived at the shop at 6pm. By 8:30pm I asked how much longer to be called and I was told 6 people ahead of us. We got in passed midnight!!! How was that even possible? Well, because we got skipped by many people that were not on the list but walked to the back as "companions", however they were getting serviced also. NOT OK. The only reason I'm going back to this shop is because of Yael and Mike. Despite that it was late and they were tired, they still took care of us with smiles, joy and enthusiasm.
