Ryan is a rare find..
We run a business..

It was a bit complexed.
We had lot of questions too.
Ryan could've "Bailed out" at the 1st question in 5 min.
You can't teach people to care. It's innate or it aint.
But he stuck around to help authentically (not fake)
Because you can tell when people really don't want to help especially at Home Depot..
Its been my experience...
I'm a 55 yrs old Black Male, Sales Professional who understands the dynamic importance of customer service.
I'd rather pay more than receive poor customer service. It's worth it.
Ryan, was very knowledgeable and smart enough to know to bring someone over that may know more than he.
So, he called over Joel and he was great too, taking our experience to next level.
Often times ego gets in the
way, and sometimes in the exchange the customer cohesiveness gets lost.
Francisco supported both
Ryan and Joel.
