Was a happy customer for 3-4 years of this place being open, and was very vocal to friends and family alike to attend the new shop in town with how friendly the atmosphere was and how relaxed the vibes were. Over time it deteriorated, leading me to have no interest in coming back to the shop after some time. I attended my last tournament, and shortly after made a visit back just to pop in and say hi, to see if the vibe had changed for the better. I was very disappointed when I was greeted with heavy accusations and claims of just a bunch of miscommunication and claims of hate speech and racism, something that clearly is not okay, but could have been clarified and reasoned with an apology and my own clear explanation as to what the situation was. Rather than listening to what I had to say, or my apology for it even being a possible issue, I was publicly shamed in front of the husband’s customers, and employee rather than being pulled aside and spoken to, and completely disrespected and permanently banned from attending the shop at all. After much consideration, I have no interest in siding with this shop anymore, considering the owners have let the store itself because a pig sty often, leaving food boxes and food all over their back room, and smoking weed and making the entire shop smell like rotten food and marijuana. Not only is the owner disrespectful to customers, but also has no respect for their own environment in their work place. 1/5, would not recommend, and truly saddened that it has come to this point.
