Park manager even admits the lots weren't set up to accommodate modern rvs with slideouts...

The office also could be faster about pushing paperwork. Took them half a year to put in my pg&e cares discount...
On The plus side is the park manager is very chill. And the neighbors are for the most part as well. I feel 2.5-3 stars is very fair. If the cost to live like this was lower or they spaced the lots better and gave everyone a mail box. Then it would be worth the rent....
I paid 375 a mo for a lot twice the size with a mail box and a lawn elsewhere before moving here.
That being said all of nevada county is extremely overpriced.... if you go down yo sac you can find fuel for 3.90 a gallon but out here its 4.50 on average...
There's very little opportunity in this area as well... the closest store is about a mile away. Its a shell with a taco bell. And about a mile and a half away is a dollar general and liquor store....
