I WOULDN'T STORE HERE. This place is massive mess. The employees here are very rude and also the manager is very disrespectful. I've had so much issues with this storage to the point where I'm not even welcome here I don't feel comfortable here I feel very disrespected. The manager tells me that there is no use of outlets or outlets in the restroom when I see several people doing so and she doesn't go to them and tell him that it's not okay but tells me and points to finger at me all the time that I'm doing something wrong and doesn't even pay attention to other people are doing the same thing as well which I seen is very highly wrong if you're going to tell me something you should tell them something and it seems just when it's brought up then she's like oh I'll crack down on it. And they say that the outlet is a safety hazard that we can get shocked by using them I don't think that that's even a logical statement because there should be safety covers over those outlets if they do not want them being used or if they're so worried about people getting just to make things quick around Christmas time they had a Christmas tree at the door entrance with extension cord right at the door that me and an old man tripped over and nearly got hurt and I didn't say anything about this lady in the front desk even saw it and knew that this was a hazard. And they're giving me all this grief now about every little thing manager also says that I need to give her a call or an email before heading to the storage to let her know I'm going to be there more than an hour which I think is very weird because I have never had to do that. At this point I feel very v very upset because I'm still a paying customer I pay my rent even if I pay late within the grace period I still pay my rent and I'm getting all this s***. And March 5th I was in my storage with my partner manager comes in and tells me do I have any questions me and my partner say yes my partner asked a question and she rudely says I'm not speaking to you I'm speaking to my tenant and I think that was highly disrespectful I don't like her talking to my partner that way and I think that's very unprofessional and that she needs to be showed some manners and I think that she deserves me apology for that incident that happened she couldn't handle that a lot differently and a lot nicer. Then I asked for the corporate phone number she says that they're going to give me a call they never did so they can't even keep that promise to you they say things don't keep their promise don't trust them. Overall I just want my money back that I paid for this month's rent I had to move out of the storage because of all the harassment and stress is killing me and I can't deal with so much stress so I had to take a day off work move all my stuff get a U-Haul go to a whole other storage so the least that you guys can do is give me my money back back to me because I'm not going to be even using this month of storage and I paid early as well. Also their elevator was broken on me and we were stuck inside it I had to move everything downstairs come around the building push the elevator just to get it to close to get things to go down it was a disaster all said and done I just want my money back.
