Read MoreI’m going to keep this short. I’ve come to this location about 4 times because of their herb selection and distance from me. I kept wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, but today is the last time i come because it just doesn’t get better. I’ve only encountered one person she’s the only one in the store. I come in and greet with joy and get nothing not even a hello. When i ask questions she acts bothered and annoyed. Her energy is all over the store, definitely not welcoming. It’s such a good location and everything they have is great selection, a bit pricey from my regular but i still go for convenience but not anymore. I’m taking my business to my usual, and find another herb selection elsewhere.
I’m definitely cleaning the 1 item i purchased there today i don’t want her bad energy on it.
Like i always say, if you don’t like what you do move on let someone else do the work for you.
UPDATE 5 months later: I didn’t know you could edit or add. But after i posted this review she called my cell phone. How?! I have no clue!! (Scary) but she called to say “her employer” when i know it was HER the entire time. She said her employer was on the phone with payroll… ok cool, but what about the other times? Either way on the phone or not, the attitude was not necessary.
