Read MoreThis is unprofessional Mekala that last Thursday that me and my wife went in the store to add her on my plan and Mekala remove my wife phone case and she drop it and crack it right by the lens of the camera area and before we enter the store when we in the Philippines it was not crack at all and we have the evidence before we went in there was no evidence of any damage and then I called metro pc by t mobile to report the incident in question and then we went in the store to ask Mekala about give us 50% off our bill what she did or fix it and she said call cellphone insurance and I called customer care service about and the gentleman ask the lady what the store going help us and then she called her boss and he reported that it is not there fault and now I have pay 100.00 dollars to get a new cellphone and this is unacceptable and unprofessional of Mekala and now I called the police department to make a case and now I file a case at the court to sue the store and Mekala about the incident in question and she told her boss it was scratch and she lied to her boss and this unacceptable we have evidences of the incident in question and they have cctv and this wow
