Read MoreI went here yesterday for a pawn loan. I got a fair estimate for my item, but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, so I told them I would be going to a few other places to check. I was given their business card, and told if I got a higher price somewhere else, to please call them and let them know, and they would try to work with me.As it turned out, I was given a better quote at one of the other 3 places I went. As I had appreciated the fact that All City had given me their card for this purpose, I did call to let them know about the new offer. The man on the phone told me if I returned, they were sure they could match it. I felt like they cared about me as a customer, and had much more of a personal touch than the rest of the places I had visited. Based solely on this fact, I decided to go back, and I was so surprised when I was offered an even better deal than I had expected.The location itself didn't have the somewhat dangerous and clinical feel I've grown accustomed to from other pawn places. I was told clearly what the charges and interest were on my loan, and what the terms were as well. I would definitely come back here again for another pawn loan, and really appreciated the friendly attitude of the employees.
