After some efforts of talking to 5-6 people they had a Quick Look and verbally said it’s good to drive. But they have appointments to fix it only available 4 weeks later with a loaner which is too late to get a new car fixed.
The sales and service suggested to drive the car with warnings.
The experience has certainly changed from being good (during sales) to not so great (during after sale service), hence changing the rating to 2 star from 5 star.
