Where do I even begin with the catastrophe that is Antonyan Miranda Law Firm? From start to finish, my experience with this firm has been nothing short of a nightmare.
The first red flag happened in late May, days after I hired them, they sent a letter to the opposing party to the wrong email address. This first mistake delayed my case more than 2 months. Then, in August I was told that my case was ready to be filed to the court. However, they waited until December to finally file my case to the court. Between those months, I reached out multiple times to get updates on my case, but my attorney wouldn't respond to my emails or phone calls. And whenever she decided to respond she kept apologizing for the delay and assuring me that my case was ready to be filed. I got charged an insane amount of money every month from August until December when they decided to finally file.
Unfortunately, this negligence continued. Weeks before the court date, I reached out to my attorney specifically asking if they were able to serve the opposite part. I never hear back at all. Then 4 days before the scheduled court date, I reached out to my attorney and ONLY because I reached out to her, she informed me that they couldn't serve the opposite party and that she was going to postpone the court date. This last-minute update just proved to me that this firm doesn't care about their clients, they only care about charging an insane amount of money with the minimum excuse.
After I complained about the lack of competence and mediocre service from my attorney. As a supposed gesture of goodwill, they offered me an appointment with one of their "top" attorneys to review my case, implying that I should be grateful for such an opportunity. However, I'm not interested in wasting more time with this firm.
Don't fall for their marketing tactics or their positive reviews. I overlooked the bad reviews, and that cost me A LOT almost 7,000 dollars. Save yourself many headaches and stay away from this firm. Trust me when I say that the size of their firm means nothing regarding their ability to handle cases effectively. If anything, it only magnifies their incompetence.
