From the front desk, the attorney in charge, staff members who helped make the journey a smooth experience, everyone was very professional. They were very accommodating, respectful and courteous, very knowledgeable, made us feel comfortable, and at ease asking questions. They were very good in follow up, well-disciplined in following timeline, but flexible if we got behind. They also had free presentations which were helpful to those who have not decided.
