Despite providing all necessary information well in advance, they were completely unprepared for court, causing unnecessary delays and forcing me to pay out of pocket for copies at the courthouse.They demonstrated a clear lack of knowledge in family law and domestic violence (DV) cases. Opposing counsel was allowed to remove key evidence protected under DV laws, and during cross-examination, my attorney missed multiple opportunities to object to hearsay or improper questioning. The judge even had to step in, which was embarrassing and completely avoidable.I provided a list of questions to ask my ex, but none of them were used. Video evidence submitted in a timely manner was never presented to opposing counsel, meaning it couldn’t be introduced in court. Multiple professionals in this field told me my case should have been an easy win, but my attorney managed to lose it.When I asked for court-approved parenting classes, they handed me a Scientology card and claimed it was the best option—completely inappropriate and unhelpful. Despite submitting my financial documents promptly after hiring them, they failed to share them with opposing counsel, unnecessarily complicating the case.They made countless promises but consistently failed to deliver. When I asked for a breakdown of their work, the response was vague and lacked transparency. To make matters worse, they signed critical documents on my behalf without my approval or proper consultation. I repeatedly asked whether a proposed parenting plan was 50/50, and they assured me it was—only for me to later discover it wasn’t.This attorney’s incompetence and lack of professionalism have caused significant damage to my case and financial strain. I would strongly advise against hiring this firm for any legal matter.UPDATE: I made multiple attempts and request to speak to the lead attorney to try to resolve some of these issues but instead continue to ignore my attempts. She was fully aware of all of these issues before court took place to just call my attorneys attention and he to call me to say why did I complain to his boss. Saying I’m portraying a false narrative with no proof where I think I was very tame with my review and I have plenty of proof. All of this could have been prevented if you would have made the changes when I brought things to your attention but you know very well I’m not the only one that feels and thinks this way. These cases you guys take affect everyone involve and there are innocent children involved. Next time you agree and make the promises you can’t meet, think about the people who are involved or touch your heart to see how this is much more than just a paycheck.
