They have the best working maintenance man. He’s very sweet. Very reliable on getting things accomplished in a timely manner. The ladies in the office are super helpful,very sweet. They have a great team! I would highly recommend living at Elm.

I love it here! Just moved in not too long ago. The apartment is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, very spacious, clean, and the neighborhood is perfect for my 3 year old nephew, guests, and me and my sister. I would highly recommend this community.

The new management really changed this complex for the better. I'm really impressed with this property management team. They have really been on top of my maintenance requests and concerns.Keep up the good work Lee and staff

Management staff is friendly and does their jobs. As long as you pay on time & follow the rules, you will have no problems. There is a monthly community watch meeting with police to report complaints .
