Read MoreI wanted this to so badly work after hearing the commercials and reading the reviews. The lack of communication was my BIGGEST issue. After a month of trying to reach my case manager via call, text, email, and being redirected back to her by several agents to figure out what was going on with my case, I was finally able to talk to someone who told me my case manager was no longer with the firm. I’m thinking to myself, I’ve been calling for weeks, why am I just hearing about this? Shouldn’t y’all have called me? And this clearly means everything I was told would be done in December never happened because now we are in February. And why haven’t I talked to an actual attorney yet?Nevertheless, the ball was dropped, but I was still never given any clear answers as to what was going on with my case. The promises to call me or have someone call me back with no follow up grew old. As soon as I sent an email to terminate, it was responded to THE VERY NEXT DAY BEFORE 8AM and the termination letter was sent same day even though I had sent emails prior to this with absolutely NO response. Never again! I’ll pay 33.3% if it means great service. I’ve never experienced anything like this with a law firm.
