The crown jewel of this park is Wild One, a classic woodie with good intensity, a scenic ride to see all the other coasters, and a forceful helix at the end. Fun and a perfect first ride of the day to give you a tour...Read More

This is the most slept-on coaster at the park. The airtime you get in the first half is amazing! It runs a little rough, but much better than many other coasters it's age, at a lot smoother than its neighbor Roar. The crew that was...Read More

The park is in need of paint, and deep cleaning. Some rides were closed, staff giving instructions by the PA system did not sound clear due to sound system to loud or to much bass/treble. Also, there is some areas with oil spill/grease next to...Read More

Let me start off with, I am NOT a fan of wooden roller coasters. However, The Wild One is one of two wooden coasters that I enjoy riding. I avoided it for years thinking it would be a horrible experience but was pleasantly surprised...Read More

This is a classic wooden roller coaster, with all the bumps and shakes that brings with it. It's been rebuilt and renovated several times over the last 100 years (yup, 2017 is it's 100th birthday!) and if you like wooden coasters, it's a TON of...Read More

One of the best wood coasters on the East Coast. Very old, over 100 years old, with lots of "airtime", ie. you float out of your seat, and very good drops, speed, views, and lateral forces on the curves! Do not miss this...Read More

This is another classic PTC woodie and I absolutely love these. This one is one of the better ones I've ridden providing excellent laterals on the helix and some very good airtime moments. Plus it's actually quite smooth which is surprising. Overall, for being the...Read More

For the love of God...if you ride this, 1, prepare yourself, and 2, sit towards the front in a non wheel car. The layout? Amazing, thats why I gave 2 starts, but if you can't handle roughness that actually hurts, (I usually like rough coasters,...Read More

I love this roller coaster. I have been riding it since I was 6 years old. This coaster is over 110 years old. Formally located at a beach(i cannot remember where). Yes this ride is old fashioned, rough but yet still delivers thrills. If you...Read More

A historic coaster originally from Paragon Park at Nantasket Beach in Hull, MA. Despite burning down twice this coaster has been saved and continues operations under a new name at Six Flags America. While Six Flags America may be a bit lacking this coaster sure...Read More

The ride's drops and turns were great and it sometimes will feel like you'll fall off your seat. When the staff says leave everything to the side, they mean everything. I was stupid enough to take my aviators and lose them obviously. That's $12 I'll...Read More

Fun, little coaster. It is good for the whole faimly, and for being 101 years old it is really smooth. Good drop, good g's, good air time, 60mph but it feels slower, good ride.

Pretty fun for an older coaster, the ride is fairly long which is great. The ride is a little jarring, but that is to be expected on a wooden coaster

Terrific, historic roller coaster initially built in 1917. Fun wooden coaster with great airtime.

I'm sure it's stronger than it looks, but I have fired carpenters that did similar work. The peeling paint and askew 2x4 that contribute to the feeling of shoddy workmanship definitely adds to the thrill factor.
