The park is a block long, was clean but there was homeless people on the benches and under the trees so we couldn't sit and chill. We walked through took a photo or two and walked the 5 blocks to the Medford visitors center. Free parking

Decent park area but no running drinking fountain in the middle of summer with 100+ degrees there needs to be water and the area could use a public restroom where do the homeless pee at night???

Nicely located near children's museum; state and federal courthouses, jail and city hall. By 2023 standards; it is clean and well maintained. But; the wonderful gazebo was dismantled....and it us truly missed by this homeless advocate.

Full of scary homeless people who feel that the park belongs to them personally and feel the need to defend "their turf" from passersby. I don't feel comfortable going anywhere near Alba park, the homeless can have it.

It's not a bad little park. There are a lot of homeless people who hang out there so it's not really a good place for a picnic. Which is a little weird because it's directly across from the municipal court and the police department.

Medford really needs to clean up this park. Homeless have turned this into a sort of "shanty town". Drugs, people fighting, yelling bad words etc. I do not feel safe coming here although it is a beautiful park and would love to enjoy it.

Great for events like the earth day, but there are a lot of homeless camped out there. Its close to some great food, but more of an adult park that's a break from the buildings.
