Beautifully maintained park with easy to follow trails. While the trails aren’t long, they can be easily linked together for a longer hike. I highly recommend visiting in the fall when the trees are changing - it made the pond look extra magical!

Great little park close to downtown Fort Wayne. There are 3 trails, all loops, totaling about 3 miles. So it's a great place for someone who can't walk very far or to bring the kids. The trails were kept up, fallen trees were...Read More

Beautiful gem of nature trails just hidden right near downtown Ft.Wayne. At first, the nature was scarce because there were children screaming loud enough to be heard throughout the whole preserve. I couldn't even run my bird …

Very pretty and fun to walk through, there's a lot to see. There's a few picnic tables to take a break and eat at which was nice. There was lots of mosquitoes tho so definitely bring bug spray.

It was our first time visiting yesterday. Definitely muddy(it just rained for 2 days,we should've waited for it to dry up a bit, still fun) We will be back a few more times this summer.

A nice nature preserve with walking trails amongst some rather large trees within the city limits. While dogs and fishing aren't allowed, it's a peaceful area to take your mind off things and enjoy the sounds of birds chirping without …

Not a ton of trails here, but they’re nice trails. I also appreciate how it’s conveniently located close by. The pond is nice to sit and relax by. There are a couple of port a potties near the parking lot and entrance to the trails.

Great hike in the Fort! Very peaceful, and surprisingly a good amount of trails packed into what you would think is a small area! Very peaceful to just sit by the pond and listen to the birds.

This a great Nature Preserve, lots of birds and many many tracks to see in the low areas. Some parts get a little muddy, boots recommended in wetter months. It's beautiful all year round.

As far as we could tell from signage there were no pets allowed on the park premises, nobody really comes to monitor the park but we try to stay away from brining our dog here. Love the trails and the gorgeous pond and wildlife though....Read More
