Absolutely wonderful state park! They have ALL the trails! Walking/running (paved) trails, hiking (dirt) trails, mountain bike trails (that you can hike in reverse and yield to bikes, but be careful!), and they even have horse trails (watch out for the poop). The old road...Read More
Yes, at one or two, check with HQ for exact locations on the map.Outhouses are scattered throughout the park, there are also restrooms near the parking lots and at HQ (HQ requires permission because it’s for park staff only).Absolutely bring your dogs on leash and pick up the poop! (Bring poop bags, I didn’t see any out on the trails). All over the place, being everything you need and some areas are by reservation only, reserve at the HQ building with Tess!

This is a very nice park with an interesting history and a lot to do. There are walking and bike trails, a farm, playground, etc. There's also a hidden surprise in the forest. We discovered the abandoned vintage cars.

Had a great day of trail walking. Maps placed around the trail intersections did help a lot but felt slightly inaccurate at times. Great state park and well maintained. Paved trails, natural trails, horse trails, playgrounds, swings. What else could you ask for?

Beautiful park, the green areas are very clean, edges well cut. Thank you for the great park rangers who help us when we had a medical emergency. Our little arrived well to the hospital and is in good care.
