Loved the variety of beauty this trail offered!Interesting swamp still water, stone steps, multiple small waterfalls, boulders, stone chimney boulder type things. It was beautiful! As others have said, it’s not just poorly marked but no blazes whatsoever that we saw. As long as you are using all trails you’ be fine and be able to stay on the trail you want.Any off trail you take will all pretty much get you to the same place in the end.We saw reviews mentioning walking through water, we were so anxiously anticipating this so we were quite disappointed at first lol bc at the start we just had puddles and rocks to walk through but towards the end of the trail was when we had the opportunity to cross through the water, it’s not deep but still exciting. You can even get away with non waterproof shoes.Wildlife: we saw a beautiful woodpecker, a momma groundhog and her baby, a turtle and a big ol toad. The scenery constantly changes and all is stunning.Perfect hike with a family. We saw several people but were able to hike the majority completely alone.
