Lots of trails, with different elevation gains. 'lazy cow' trail ideal for kids . Rolling but gentle. 'mad cow' trail more elevation difference up or down depending on the way you travel. Watch out for bikers but can easily see them with plenty of time...Read More
2 Portable toilets at the bottom of the car park. Disabled sized.Plenty of dogs at the park. A few on trails. Dog water fountain at the trail head. Dog poop bags available around the park.

We started our hike to the tin mine from the trailhead at the park. Beautiful entrance, don’t forget to pay your entrance fee at the drop box before you enter. The hike was great, it’s not a short one so beware, bring plenty of water...Read More
Poo bags available at the entrance, don’t forget to use them!!! Several dogs in the park and on the trail. It is asked that you keep your dog on a leash.

Great little hidden gem of a park Lots of parking room, Big and very spacious. Well kept and very clean . Nice play area for kids plenty of open area for picnics or playing outdoor sports. Nice walking trails around park

Basic , clean park. Loads of well groomed grass area. I mainly used the park as a trail start for mountain biking in the gentle hill trails up from the park.

Biking and walking and hiking trails. Beautiful views. Excellent star-gazing and cottontails, deer, skunk, rattle snakes, tarantulas, quail, roadrunner and more. There is also a nice park for the kids to run and have fun

If you plan on visiting the old mine, just keep in mind that recent rains have affected the trail and hid it a bit under sand once you're getting closer (8-10 min away from the mine) so just be sure you're on the right trail....Read More
